Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to make a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the unwashed, unworn, and in the original packaging. The hygienic sticker should not be removed, please try on all swimsuits with underwear. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

How can I make a return?

To complete your return please email info@myloswim.ca with your order number and receipt. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us.

When will I receive my refund? 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
