Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer express shipping. Your rate is calculated at checkout upon entering your shipping address.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24hrs of purchasing. Please email info@myloswim.ca with your order number.
Returns and Exchanges
Holiday Return Policy?
For the holiday season we are offering free returns.
During the holidays we have extended our return policy. For all orders made before December 24, 2024, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have until January 30th, 2024 to make a return from the date of purchase. If your order does not meet the requirements of our Holiday Return Policy then please see our Return Policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the unwashed, unworn, and in the original packaging. The hygienic sticker should not be removed, please try on all swimsuits with underwear.
Is there a cost to make a return?
All orders made before December 24, 2024 you are eligible for free returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How can I make a return?
To complete your return please email info@myloswim.ca with your order number and receipt. Please do not send your order back without contacting us.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
